Apr 6th 2011 5:51PM You mean to tell me this cop couldn't handle an eight year old kid without using pepper spray. I'd say both the kid and the cop need counseling and maybe the police dept. needs to raise their standards. And some of you need to stop making excuses for bad judgement calls made by the police because that just opens the way for more and worse police abuses. And what's worse is the Dept. backing those bad judgement calls. I'm not down on cops I'm down on stupidity and the lack of common sense.
