While I think that Obama is generally sexist in his appointments and treatment of women, it is only fair to point out that this month he signed an executive order to create a White House Council on Women and Girls:
"In his latest gesture on women's issues, President Obama signed an executive order this afternoon creating a White House Council on Women and Girls.
“The purpose of this council is to ensure that American women and girls are treated fairly in all matters of public policy,” Obama said in a statement. “My administration has already made important progress toward that goal..."

Apr 7th 2009 1:06AM Why do people keep trying to imply that just because McVeigh is a caucasian American automatically makes him into a Christian. McVeigh never, ever contributed anything he did to Jesus, Christianity, the Judeo-Christian God, etc.
And even IF he had, jihadists islamists have terroristics acts almost down to an art form. It is written in their Quran to wage Jihad against the infidels until the whole world becomes muslim. Their holy books and imams encourage this kind of behavior and it is deemed honorable and just to die for Islam and Allah.
Jesus on the other hand died for us and if anybody who commits a violent act in the name Christ, you know that they are lying and that the truth is not in them.

I'm a fan also. She is great every time I see her on "Curb your Enthusiasm" with Larry David. Man she cracks me up! I did not know she was a Lesbian until I read this article. Maybe I am more pro gay than I thought... maybe Cube was right about me... maybe I need to take another Bong hit and re-evaluate some of my positions.
OK so I may not support "Gay Marriage" but do support civil unions for Gay couples. Am I that terrible of a guy? Then again I am not Gay and simply do not have the understanding. I have one Gay friend and we have gotten into it over this issue. But we are still friends so I guess he is open minded to different ideas as well.

I'm not a Bush supporter but I have to say this because some people are very, very stupid. If Bush absolutely must be charged with war crimes then every mayor and governor of this country must also. We've lost under 5000 heroic troops since the start of the war and that's a terrible thing, but we kill one another in our own country more than that in a single year. Where's the outrage in that stat? Where are you people who like to bitch about everything under the son. Cut the bull, you know nothing. That's exactly why Obama decided to keep the vast majority of Bush's foreign policy for the time being. Perhaps there is information only the president knows that the public will never know.
