Sep 20th 2008 12:07AM If you want to know the real reason palm is cratering, it is what they have decided customer service will be, instead of letting the customer decide. I have purchase 3 palms, one years ago before all the cell phone stuff, then a palm treo 650, then another palm 650 because no one could hear me on it and i was in a 24/7 caregiving situation, so i bought another one, guess what, no one could hear me on it either. I called palm, they would not let me upgrage to a 750 or give me a palm centro, eventhough the 650 was no longer marketed. they sent me 4 more, 650's before i got one that would work. finally, someone stole it last month and i have a really good reason to buy a blackberry and never ever buy another palm product. they stink and so does the service. donna
