Nov 2nd 2012 8:13PM Without permission of the owner to the land, the police were trespassing. If there was evidence of a crime, then the police could have anytime entered the land to gather the evidence and made an arrest, but they did not. Hence, it was a fishing expedition. If the police were trespassing, then, by legal action of the landowner charging them with a crime-he would have been arrested as well; the evidence is tainted. If a drone was used, the airspace is public/not owned by either but federally regulated. Private land is not public. To search on private property for a crime without a warrant is tainted evidence. But the court system has already decided to railroad the defendants. This is how corrupt your system is. And all over green weeds, that legal stuff in US history that was outlawed in 1931 to give the feds something to do in ruining the lives of thousands of people-I guess this gives them power.

Apr 29th 2008 7:06PM In the 70's it was oil, the goverment just about closed all the private savings & loan banks in the US - taking their morgages and bankrupting the people. This time is the samething-taking the homes and land and bankrupting the people again with oil prices. The New World Order has taken over and you still vote them into power. Ignore them and learn to be on your own instead of depending upon them!!! (this is how they get you)
