May 15th 2012 3:47PM Pardon the pun - but that's a rich house but that's poor theology... at his 2nd Coming he will be in Jerusalem.

May 15th 2012 3:45PM You think so? I'm not too sure... The Bronx (especially the West) tends to be the highest borough... and Riverdale is one of the highest parts in the Bronx.
Ancient Christian city discovered in Egypt {Gadling}
Dec 5th 2011 3:01PM Paul - that is popular to say - but actually it's very biased. So called "Christian countries" have destroyed many cultures "in the name of Christ" for centuries before Islam existed. It goes back to the supposed conversion of the Emperor Constantine. As a matter of fact - throughout history - more Jews have been killed in the name of Christ - rather than Islam. That is part of the reason many Jewish people don't like "the church". There is a lot to repent for.

Dec 5th 2011 2:57PM Makes sense... a lot of Jews lived in Alexandria in Egypt... and all the first followers of Christ were Jewish. In the book of Acts there is Apollos who was a great teacher who was a Jew who came to follow Yeshua (Jesus) - the Messiah of Israel. You also had other North Africans like Simeon of Cyrene.
'Manning Up' by Kay Hymowitz: Has the Rise of Women Turned Men Into Boys? {MyDaily}
Mar 19th 2011 10:14AM women watch pornography also... as a matter of fact that is one of the fastest growing groups... also the proliferation of "toys" as I've heard women say... makes a man unnecessary for them to be "satisfied".

George Karl: Ty Lawson Will Start Over Raymond Felton -- For Now {Fanhouse NBA Blog}
Feb 22nd 2011 9:28PM Jim Dolan is a fool. Carmelo would have just signed at the end of the season with the Knicks... instead Dolan gave away everything. I'm pretty sure that Donnie Walsh was against giving up all those players.
For Closure, Tennis Needs a Super Bowl {Fanhouse Tennis}
Nov 13th 2010 10:07AM Tennis is just fine. Just because Americans aren't doing well doesn't mean there is something wrong with the sport. It's the same with football - aka soccer. In the rest of the world it is just fine - but because America isn't enthusiastic about it - they feel the need to "fix" it. Tennis does not need a "Super Bowl". What next - golf will need one too??? The people who love golf are just fine with it. What a waste of an article.
Folk Singer Taylor Mitchell Killed by Coyotes {Spinner}
Oct 29th 2009 9:15AM It is sad she died - but some of you have no understanding of nature. Predators are needed to keep other animals in check. Prey animals become a nuisance because there are not enough predators. Farmers should go back to keep dogs to protect their farm animals....coyotes won't face down a big dog. If you hike - get a German Sheperd to go along with you and you'll be fine. Use nature to fight nature - not poison and guns. When one thing goes out of balance it affects everything else. The more humans venture or build in the wilderness is the more there will be problems. Ticks kill more people than wolves and coyotes in the world....so why don't some of you go on a "tick hunt"?? Poison all the ticks and something else will fall apart. We all have a purpose on this earth - that's why God created us.
Apparently, everyone hates Detroit {Gadling}
Jun 27th 2009 10:44AM Part of it is that NY'ers tend to be more straightforward. It's just like on a subway. You'll see the meanest looking people help a lady with her baby carriage....and once they get to the top of the stairs that person who helped doesn't stop to even be "properly" thanked. They keep going because they are in a rush. That's just how NY works. I can contrast that you other places where people smile at you - call you sir or ma'am - but won't hesitate to stab you in the back the first chance they get. I've experienced it in many other states....which I won't even name right now. There are rude people everywhere - and likewise nice people.
