A beautiful home near me with magnificent hardwood floors,a white Italian marble entrance, and hand carved French swinging doors, etc.,impressed the potential buyer, but the seller left an open Burger King sandwich dumped into the kitchen sink; the potential buyer did not buy the house, considering the open sandwich messy and left the house immediately. People will always look for reasons not to buy your house.

Yes, Hawaii, New Orleans, Miami, Gulf of Mexico, beautiful Hawaii, and southern Califiornia can be dangerous. I have always said to use some common sense whereever you go, but I think staying in the U.S., paying your hard earned dollars in this country and not in some foreign land where your life can really be at stake.

Sep 15th 2011 8:35PM Yes, usually when a person is first runner-up in any type of contest, especially beauty shows, if something happens to the winner, such as false documentation and phony pagaent officials, the winner usually loses the title and the first runner-up steps up to take the title. If this happens, it will give the "Miss Universe," an eye-candy show, a real black eye!

Edisto Beach was quiet and residential, not a party beach. For true commercial fun with the children go to Myrtle Beach, S.C. For a more secluded upscale beach adventure complete with a small airport and great golf courses head for North Myrtle Beach, S.C. For very expensive fun and the beach, you can go to Hilton Head Island, S.C.

When wearing those dresses outside, I hope it doesn't rain.

Jun 29th 2011 2:08PM Unfortunately, like Sears' aged and unflattering line of cloting, WalMart's clothes are cheap, ill-fitting, mostly imported, and I will never buy clothing from their stores again. TJ Maxx, although it is a "hit or miss" situation where someone they have excellent clothes at a super price, and then sometimes they don't have much great clothing, is a great place to shop even if you have to make several trips a week to one of their stores.
