Did John Krasinski Spray Paint Alec Baldwin's Dog? {PopEater}

Jun 7th 2011 1:18PM Team Krasinski. I can't stand the Yankees.

Sarah Ferguson in Tears After Queen's Royal Snub {PopEater}

Feb 21st 2011 9:56AM I know, I heard that on the news this morning and I thought they were joking. I used to have a lot of respect for Prince William, but now I've lost a great deal. K West of all people. Now his dam*d ego will be so inflated there will be no shutting him up.

Oscar Producers Tell Nominees: Save Your 'Thank Yous' for Backstage {Moviefone Blog}

Feb 17th 2010 4:11PM Here is an idea - DON'T HAVE AWARDS SHOWS!!!! Just the thought of patting someone on the back and boosting an already inflated ego, and who is already overpaid makes me sick. I don't watch these stupid wastes of air time. I can't name one "celebrity" who would help a homeless person standing right in front of them. More than likely, they would have their bodyguard shove the person out of the way (provided there were no paps around to film it). Anyone who follows, adores, swoons over these empty people needs their head checked.

#WorstMovieEver .... According to Our Facebook Fans {Moviefone Blog}

Feb 8th 2010 8:32PM I think everyone forgot two movies. Unless I was having a nightmare, the Brittney Spears movie (can't remember the name) and FARGO. I still regret wasting my time watching FARGO. Sat through that entire movie waiting for it to become interesting and I'm still waiting and it has been many, many, many years since I've seen it.

Does the Kindle Beat Physical Books? -- Savings Experiment {WalletPop}

Jan 15th 2010 2:41PM Actually, I've been using e-readers for years. I started out with digital books on my Casio Cassiopeia using Microsoft Reader. Now I have Kindle for iPod on my iPod Touch and Aldiko on my Motorola Droid. I love the convenience of electronic books as I can carry my whole library with me (very convenient for long flights and carry on restrictions these days). I don't download magazines or technical items so I don't miss pictures or drawings. So why buy an expensive electronic book reader if you have an iPod Touch, an iPhone or a Droid? You can download the program for free. I recommend staying away from the fbreader. I've tried it on a Nokkia N770 and on my Droid. Never did figure out the library search. But then again, I'm not that familiar with Linx or Unix systems either.

The only downside to electronic books is when the battery fails, and you just happen to not have your back up battery or your charger handy, you are out of luck until you can get recharged. Otherwise, I have been extremely satisfied with electronic books. I sometimes miss the feel of a book and the actual turning of a page, but that's ok. I've gotten use to it.

Kiefer Sutherland Dresses Like a Woman for David Letterman {PopEater}

Jan 14th 2010 2:40PM Way to go Kiefer! You showed real class in honoring your bet. I don't know anyone who would do that. Many talk the talk, but refuse to walk the walk. I didn't watch the show last night because I can't stand Letterman, and I send my thanks to popeater for posting the video clip. I look forward to watching 24 as I do every year.

Underwire bra dispute causes woman to miss her flight {Gadling}

Jan 8th 2010 2:44PM Since I fly only twice a year and during the month of May, I wear a halter top with a shelf bra already sewn into the garment. However, you still have to choose carefully. Get the ones that are not adjustable. The first time, I wore one with the little metal rings and the adjustable whatever you want to call it and it set off the metal detector which caused me to be patted and the wand brought out. Now I wear flip flops, jeans without any metal riveting, non-adjustable halter top with shelf bra and remove all jewelry.

But, then again, I've found that not all metal detectors are set to the same settings. I went through one (I forget where) and forgot to take a quarter out of my pocket and my metal framed eye glasses were still on my head and the metal detector didn't go off.

Taylor Talks Kanye, Rapper Calls to Apologize Personally {PopEater}

Sep 17th 2009 10:57AM Elinor:

I was actually being nice. I did hear him say he "needs" to take some time off NOT that he is going to actually take time off. Personally, I think he is a piece of sh*t. However, seeing some of the visceral hate on other blogs about this topic prompted me to take the high road. I didn't buy that load of crap he was attempting to sell on Leno when I was watching it and I still don't. However, like I said, he is a human being with flaws just like the rest of us and he needs to get help. If you can't accept that there are comments on her that are not completely derogatory then you need to take a brake also.

Taylor Talks Kanye, Rapper Calls to Apologize Personally {PopEater}

Sep 15th 2009 3:03PM I do not condone what Kanye did, and that farce of an apology last night on Leno was completely empty and over acted it was almost sickening. But once again Taylor showed class by accepting his personal apology.

Now, Kanye being a fellow human being with flaws just like the rest of us should go get the help he so obviously needs.

Jay Leno Almost Makes Kanye West Cry {PopEater}

Sep 15th 2009 8:46AM I watched that sad excuse for camera time last night. Jay Leno should have canceled the music act after what KW did. The so-called apology was so staged and over acted by KW that it was pathetic. As far as I'm concerned, he can take the rest of his life off and will never be missed. Taylor and Beyonce showed a lot of class. More young people should look up to their examples of behavior, but unfortunately youth always looks in the wrong direction.
