But actually putting a retirement date out there further changes things. Before I purchase something I evaluate "will I need this in 6 years"?

Aug 20th 2010 10:04AM The sentence was excessive. In my state, the fine for 2nd DUI is 21 days, usually out in 2 weeks. There is a formula for days sentenced and reduced for good behavior and over crowding. Sure it can be a year, but you really have to be an A-hole to get that. A friend's ex is on his 5th, and never a day in jail. They walk among us. This judge just saw a celebrity and wanted to make a name for herself. Having said that, it's clear Lindsay has her own demons to deal with. The jail time was because of her attitude and her denial of the seriousness of this.
