I agree with a ban on inside smokig but outside really?????If a person outside is smoking and I walk past them or behind them or in front of them and I don't like it I can cross the street or turn the corner or just move away..What is the State coming too..Mayor Bloomberg is an idiot and to all you people that voted him in on a third term he bought and paid for watch out.
If you enjoy anything from a Hamberger to a soda or a glass of wine you are next in line.
All you people that say outlaw smoking all together, you had better hide your wallets. They will have to make that money up one way or another and I for one have no more money to give out..
Let the smokers alone. Ask Mayor Bloomberg if he is willing to allow the stores NOT to sell tabacco products? That means the City of New York gets no extra money from the high taxes on them. Go ahead ask him what he will do if there is no money coming into the city from tabacco products..

I always told my children to say I am sorry is acceptable but if you repeat that wrong again your apology means nothing. Just the same as a mistake is no longer a mistake if you repeat it.
Tiger Woods has to prove he is sorry to himself and family first. To his peers next and as for the rest of world there will always be those who will never believe in him again.
I will accept his apology for now and see by his actions if he is truly sorry..

Dec 6th 2009 2:15PM They do not belong here, they are all here on a free ride and I for one am tired of paying everyones bills and my own besides. Who the hell will help me out? My son was out of work for 7 mths. had no health insurance but had to go to the emergency room for treatment. It was a stupid skin rash and he got a bill for $1280 and a bill for the physican of $268. Now I ask you if an illegal got this treatment and these bills who would pay for them? Exactly you and me they would just walk away and not pay a dime..Get them out of this country. By the way my son is back at work and he is paying his own bills..

This is the only way you show the government and the banks WE are not going to take anymore abuse when it comes to our money or our lives. We work hard for what we have and to fight so damn hard to keep it is just not fair. We did not do this the banks did it with GREED the government did it by turning its back on what was happening and Bank of America was and is one of the biggest offenders of them all.
