Oct 1st 2008 12:27AM Ed had it right on ! Their own corperate greed caused their demise. The Filthy way they fired all of their employees who had been with them long enough to earn raises, vacation, or benefits, then told them they could reapply after waiting 6 months with no guarantee of being rehired, was evil. They got what they deserved and I hope I played a small part in spreading the word NEVER to shop at c.c. We all need to stand against injustice. I hope the upper management gets exactly what they gave their former employees.

A full blooded American Indian who happend to be a college english professor on sabbatical at the time he took HIS road trip "around" America. Many other books will recommend where to go and what to see. Blue Highways touches only slightly on these subjects. This book details other aspects of travel and a mild philosophy. Apr 2nd 2007 9:26AM I can't stand Rosie either. But the "bit#h" at least has the guts to say what she believes. And for once I am in agreement with her about the conspiracy aspect. Although I don't doubt the towers collapsed due to the planes collision, I do question who orchestrated the whole thing. For one thing prior knowledge would FULLY explain his demeanor and the look on Bush's face that day when he was told. Secondly the attack on the pentagon left NO evidence of an airplane collision. I wonder why? I also wonder why the films of the attacking vehicle that were seized from hotel security cameras were NEVER shown.
Whoever made the attack ... It was BUSH who used it for a successful MASSIVE power grab in the US.
