Best & worst grocery stores 2010 {WalletPop}

Jun 14th 2010 1:41PM I love Publix! Always clean, quality, good workers, and if you just pick up their weekly flyer you can pick up some great buy one get one deals. They also do a great job of hiring local teenagers, elderly, and disabled employees for fair wages. I'm glad to have Publix in Florida.

Top 10 scams in 2010 you might get taken by {WalletPop}

May 19th 2010 4:20PM I recently received a text from an unknown number saying I was eligible to win a free gift card if I called another unknown number. -eyeroll-

What everyone needs to remember is that you don't get anything for free just like that. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. Just use your head and don't get scammed!

How to Wear the Same Dress for an Entire Year {Stylelist (Main)}

May 3rd 2010 2:16PM Can't say I'm in love with all the outfits, but I fully respect her creativity and her cause! Good for her!

Hotel fakeout photos can lure you and your money {WalletPop}

Apr 20th 2010 11:12AM Hey guys, just use google streetview or google maps. Type in the address of the hotel and you'll see for yourself the area the hotel is in and how big the pool is. Read reviews of others who stayed in the same hotel.

There are so many resources out there that no one needs to be misled by some pretty pictures online.

Teen Makes Gum Wrapper Prom Dress {Stylelist (Main)}

Apr 15th 2010 12:42PM I shelled out quite a bit of money for my dress, haha, but I never would have been able to come up with something as cool and unusual as this. So good for her for being a creative mind! It will serve her well beyond high school =)

Unimpressed by 3D? You Might Just Be Immune {Cinematical}

Apr 15th 2010 12:14AM I can see 3D just fine, but my boyfriend was a cross-eyed baby and has never been able to view 3D.

I probably wouldn't see a 3D movie anyway, those glasses are far too annoying to sit through a two hour movie with. And I don't think it's really worth the price.

Mother Details Efforts to Use Science to Save Her Dying Son in New Book {ParentDish}

Mar 2nd 2010 3:09PM She is so brave! At least she can go to bed at night knowing she still has two healthy sons, and that she truly did everything she could possibly do to help Henry.

Bravissimo Casts Curvy Customers in Sexy Lingerie Ad Campaign {Stylelist (Main)}

Mar 2nd 2010 1:02PM Hm, likely not. These women are clearly normal, Katie, which is exactly why they were selected for this advertisement. I personally resemble the second woman, and I am well within a normal and healthy range for my weight and height.

See, you just likely want to stake larger women as more beautiful than thinner women, probably to make yourself feel better. Whatever, that's your opinion and doesn't matter to me. What I don't understand is why people like you have to make everything a battle between fat and thin. Please remember there's a lovely area in between that is not only beautiful, but healthy!

Call me a toad if you like, all I can say is that your ignorance is showing! =) Have a great day.

Bravissimo Casts Curvy Customers in Sexy Lingerie Ad Campaign {Stylelist (Main)}

Mar 2nd 2010 6:50AM Thank goodness this wasn't one of those where they try to pass overweight women as "curvy." These women look great; they represent the variety of body types that are still within a normal, healthy range.

Julia Nunes, 'I Think You Know' -- Free MP3 of the Day {Spinner}

Feb 28th 2010 8:00PM I enjoyed Regina Spektor from the start, but I'm not in love with this girl. She's not amazing, but good enough for me to see what else she's come out with. The song has a nice beat and personality, but I think I'll have to get used to her voice.
