Do you realize what officers have to go through with every situation?
NO!
They have to size up the situation and then take appropriate steps to subdue the person. Pepper spraying him probably kept him from hurting himself too.

What are their beliefs? Are they zenlike? Do they believe in re incarnation? Are these real people? Oh, no, they can't be...they were created by L.Ron Hubbard!
They are all space beings!
Truthfully, whatever they believe in is up to them as far as what happens here on earth.
What really matters is what happens in the afterlife. If they believe that Jesus is their saviour, then they will be saved.
If not, then it will be a hot everlasting death for them and all who do not accept Jesus as their lord and saviour.
