As I stated, I am very happy renting. No doubt a small portion of the rent goes to the association which owns this property for taxes, maintenance and such. It is a very large, luxury complex here, yet,I am paying so very much less for rent here, than it would cost me to maintain and update my home(owned two homes, previosly) is well worth it. As I said, I love, love, love renting, having once owned the two homes.
