Jan 22nd 2009 3:20PM Yes, sit your rear end down, please. Get out of our galley and exercise on the ground. If you need to walk the aisle a couple of times, go for it, but don't invade our workspace. It also delays the service to the other 120 people on the plane when we can't get into the galley to set up service items and restock beverage carts. If you look at it that way, it's just plain rude.

Jun 6th 2008 9:47AM And if you skip the person that's ignoring you, they ring their call light 10 minutes later upset that you "skipped" them. I'm totally with you, Heather. I've worked with someone before when asked "what do you have?" , his reply is "about 100 people behind you that know what they want!"
And ps, at my airline, we almost always offer a full can if we have enough, unless the flying time is super short, like 30 minutes.

May 22nd 2008 10:44AM knew this would happen someday. there are probably many others working at airports, bus/train stations, etc. fetching clues, planting explosives, etc.

May 14th 2008 2:47PM try to imagine the noise and chaos if everyone was on their cell phone trapped on a 5 hour cross country flight.....then all the passengers would be asking the flight attendants if we could tell the guy in 3B to shut up, just more police work for us. People use flight time to work, sleep, read, etc. Not listen to about 100 different loud, boring one sided conversations.

May 10th 2008 2:15PM the ice cubes are catered in from whatever city you're parked in. there are no ice makers on the plane, it's bags of ice just like your local store carries. i'm a flight attendant---20 years.
