May 28th 2012 11:12AM I only went from San Luis Obispo to San Francisco via Route 1, but it was absolutely the most breathtaking trip I'd ever done, and I've done the road to Hana on Maui! I wanted to stop at every turnout and hike into the forest on one side or scale the cliffs down to the ocean on the other. California is a beautiful state. It's as if the Maker simply took a push-broom and moved everything to that side of the country: the mountains, the deserts, the lakes - right up to the ocean, and stopped just short of letting it fall in. The sad thing is, I was born and raised in California, lived there until I was 40, and I didn't do this drive until I came back as a tourist with my 13-year-old son! I will move back someday.

Feb 1st 2012 10:47PM Seriously? This is awful to have happen to anyone, but seriously? People are sending her money? There are thousands upon thousands of stories like hers that we just don't hear about! I'm all for helping people who need it, but to advertise that you need it in a news story is just plain selfish and pig-headed! This is so aggravating! There are people losing their families, their homes, and their jobs every day. This woman is different because her story is in the news. That's all. Yes, I cried when I read about the deaths of her children. I have a child and it would KILL me if he died. But I would NEVER want it advertised in a news story so that I could get money to save my house.

Jul 7th 2010 12:44PM I think the epilogue in the book itself was just a tiny glimpse into the lives of Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny and their families. The fact that Draco and his wife are standing on the same platform with "little Scorpius" and that they aren't actually trying to kill the Potters and Weasleys is a good sign. It's enough, I guess. I hope the movie doesn't go overboard with the friendship angle, though, because I highly doubt they would be chummy. Especially considering the competitive edge they always had towards each other. Yes, Harry does save Draco's life in the seventh book during the battle of Hogwarts, but that doesn't mean Draco will turn around and be his new best friend. I hope it stays true to the book in that sense.

He preached PEACE, you idiot. If anyone deserves to go to Heaven, it's him. His life of "sin" was not nearly what you make it out to be. He was a good person, faults and all.
