As a corporate decision maker, I will STRONGLY recommend that we no
longer book on TAM and duly change reservations on existing corporate
itinerary.

Before that, I was an engineer with Sextant Avionics, THE major supplier of avionics to Airbus. I graduated with my MASTERS in Avionics Technology & System Design from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Any other mindful comments and insults you can simply keep to yourself.
