May 17th 2010 12:36PM I have seen those "Boobies" wristbands and am GLAD that people are remembering friends and loved ones or people they don't even know who have had or died of this terrible disease-and I agree with an earlier post that kids (and I guess some adults now too!!) need to be taught what happens to and stories about ladies and gentlemen who have cancer-cancer of any kind-not just breast cancer. I am a long time breast cancer pink wristband wearer (along with pink shoelaces-pink
t-shirts-magnets on my 10 speed Jeep bike {it's blue!}-and even my pink medical info velcro wristband) and I am DAMNED
proud of it-my neighbors' daughter died 2 years ago of breast cancer. Maybe that school district in Washington state should educate themselves in BCA 101!!!

Dec 7th 2009 7:09PM The announcers on any game-be it the NBA MLB NFL or NHL-be it homeies or not-should just keep to themselves....maybe the ref or ump blew the call but when you are courtside-like in the NBA-they not only can hear you but can kick you out no matter what....and watch your back your employer might be listening or watching
