Gin and Tonic - How Many Calories? {That's Fit}

Feb 18th 2009 11:13AM Switching over to a sugar-free tonic water is a no-brainer, but what about beer? Low-calorie/carb beers are OK at times, but wouldn't it be nice to know the nutritional values of regular-brewed beers and work their numbers into a sensible program of moderation and exercise?

Beer - Is Organic Better for Your Body? {That's Fit}

Jan 22nd 2009 9:48AM Liquid calories? Such a tired argument. There are more calories in a 12-ounce serving of milk or fresh orange juice than in a beer. Why not advocate not drinking milk or OJ?

Label Lies - Don't Trust Diet Foods {That's Fit}

Jan 11th 2009 1:02PM Nutritional labeling is more about enpowerment than anything else. Know the info and make your choices, even beer...2,000 of them.

Last call! No more free beer at SeaWorld or Busch Gardens {WalletPop}

Jan 6th 2009 12:42PM Maybe just a rumor, but it's my understanding that InBev will cut the theme parks loose.

They might be trying to fatten up the bottom line to make the parks look more attractive for potential buyers.

Budweiser takes a cue from politicians: Patriotism sells! {Slashfood}

Sep 4th 2008 12:03PM Budweiser American Ale has been in development long before InBev came sniffing at the door. I was at a insider tasting of the beer back in May when they still were fine tuning the product and it had been going through innumerable pilot brews long before I tasted the working model.

The "American" tag merely compliments their promotion of Budweiser being the "Great American Pilsner," a profile having been used for some time now.

How Many Calories ... in a Pint of Beer? {That's Fit}

Jun 11th 2008 6:58PM A pint of what kind of beer...pilsner, stout, porter, bitter, doublebock? There's no such thing as an average pint of beer.

Made in the U.S.A.: What products are still American-made? {BloggingStocks}

Sep 20th 2007 9:06AM Of course A-B brews some of their products in other countries. What sense would it make to brew beer in the U.S. and ship it to Europe or Asia when they could brew in these respective markets and keep the product affordable and fresh?
