Jul 4th 2011 3:40AM The courts not only found Michael not guilty of those FALSE allegations, there are mounds and mounds of information( Facts ) that supprot Michaels innocence.There is information that tells the truth about what led to the first case being settled and it was not because Michael wanted to( read about it). That man suffered being treated like a criminal for something he did'nt do yet has to still (EVEN NOW)have his name and legacy marred with this nonsence.

Jun 6th 2011 9:10PM Kids nowadays because of these abuse laws have been given too much power and will use it with their underdeveloped minds not thinking of the consequences or the problems it may cause themselves and others. True there needs to be laws in place to protect children but also adults who are victims of abuse brought on by children. It's clear that the girl that made the comments about what the teacher could not do is aware of her rights and would justify this boys actions because of what she thinks ( see what has been done over the years ). Sad it has gotten to this. There are some bad people out there that do hurt children but in this case, NO! Kids that don't want to follow rules or obey their parents for the most part will take advantage of the laws and use them against authority figures in their life especially their parents. America is loosing control of it's future because of these out of control children. It is only going to get worse if we don't come up with a healthy solution for both sides. No one is beyond repair so I don't condemn these kids to jail because of childhood ignorance nor do we know the parents enough to start to beat up on them. For all we know he could be adopted or anything. One thing for sure, this shouldn't have happened.

Jun 6th 2011 7:21PM No telling why he was provoked but one thing for sure he had no business backing her against a wall. She shouldn't have to run from a student. So what there was a door behind her, there was plenty of room behind him or just the plain option for him to leave the room. Some of the people critisizing this woman, lets be for real. this boy is towering over her and if she had backed down any further who knows who would've tried her next. 64 years old, okay I'll say it again 64 YEARS OLD. That kid could've seriously wounded her even killed her. mabe at some point she could've left the room to get some help from other adults in the school or school security but then maybe not we don't know how fast this situation escallated, she may have been asking him to leave the classroom and he decided to show his ass iinstead and got punched. Was she wrong about the incident that led up to him being so upset that he threatened her physically and verbally assaulted her? We don't know. Good old fashoined respect based on what this video shows says that you respect your elders even if the elders are out of line and are disrespectful to you( respect goes both ways), you still don't muscle them, not like that.
