End Black History Month? I Beg to Differ {Blackvoices Main}
Feb 5th 2009 6:22PM Since Black History month came I hasve watched to find out what Black History was all about.
So far I am none the wiser. The only information has been about various entertainers. This isn't history.There are no inventors, discoveries, scientists, epic battles,cures just the same old same old.
I would be embarrassed to be portrayed in this way. Surely there is more to know than these poor offerings.

Feb 6th 2008 5:19PM I am enjoying the series but a little surprised by the comment regarding accessing books in libraries in western Europe. In Scotland, where I come from, the only place where one must request a book or other materials is in a reference library which contains many rare and valuable materials. (e.g the Mitchell Library in Glasgow, the largest of its kind in the U.K.out side of London.)
