Cheetos encouraging kids to "stick it to The Man" {ParentDish}
May 31st 2008 9:41PM I have 3 children under 5, and 3 step children 10-14. The older kids get, the more difficult to teach respect and consideration for others. I want my children to be kind and loving, not amused by the discomfort of others.
These ads came to my attention when I heard my 10 year old daughter explaining to my 4 year old why it was funny that someone's laundry would be stained.

Vacation Surrogate Will Vacation for You! {Gadling}
Jul 21st 2007 8:30PM A few years ago someone placed an ad in a NY newspaper. The ad read "This is your last chance to send your dollar to blank blank post office box."
Apparently there were many, many people perfectly eager to put a dollar in an envelope and mail it to him, even though he offered nothing in return. :-)
I always thought that was funny. And enterprising. This story reminded me of the same kind of thing.
