Jan 9th 2011 2:43PM i agree with you 100% on your message .they do more harm out than going in they need to ascess them more before placement beccause alot of them do have mental ill problems.this should have been mandated years and years ago i mean as far as 1980 to now the get help for these people before they are placed in prison.the black person has always been sentenced for to much time than the white man. something need to be done about this and all we can do is pray to God for help with things like this in the world.
