Mar 13th 2010 10:27PM I have natural wavy and sometimes curly hair. I was told to start using products and not to shampoo every day to keep my style looking good. So now I shampoo every other day and can't imagine going three days without shampooing. By the end of the second day my head itches, yuck!!

As a female who served in the military I will be the first to tell you there were things i was unable to do as a female but you can bet that I gave my best and served my country for several tours of duty!!! If this young lady wants to play, I say let her play. She's aware of the dangers, her parents are aware of the dangers so let her go!! I hope she fights the fight because if other females didn't fight for what they believed in we would still be sitting here without the right to vote; race cars or a multitude of other things we now can do!!

Nov 26th 2006 10:37AM This is crazy!!! What the hell were these people thinking. I might have ordered a hot chocolate for my child but knowing that it's going to be very hot when it is fresh over the counter I would have the baristas make it at the lower temp but also put a few ice cubes in the drink before serving. I would then test it myself before giving it to them. Under no circumstances would I have put my child into a car seat and give her a lukewarm drink let alone a hot, hot drink!!!
Yeah, they need to lose this lawsuit.
