Anyway why should he so our Government can send more money to countries that hate us and then cut spending here. It's all B>S> what they do to hard working individuals in this country and then squander our hard earned tax money on more of the same B.S. My Unemployed Life: The Forgotten Woman, But Now Not Alone {AOL Jobs}
Nov 29th 2010 11:03PM I would like to back this up to 1974 I told my Mother at that time (God Bless Her Soul) that if more and more people decide to be independent and seek the single life that we were headed down the roaed of unemployment like we never saw it in our lives. So even though I had a factory job I still tried to break into the Automotive repair field back then saying I never want to rely on just one job. Well the time came when I needed that skill and at that time 1983 I was left with no job and my somewhat honed skills of painting and mechanical work. Having gone through the loss of our house and the devistation of any saved monies we sold everything and left for a couple of months then returned to start over. By clearing my head and trying to find a place where I could work it took a struggle but I finally got there, I found a place that I was able to purchase on land contract from a man with a heart all I needed was a couple of thousand dollars to get going, that was like trying to come up with million by then because we were real close to broke. I did get a little help from welfare which I am happy to say I paid back every cent later on. Let me say that was a new one for the welfare office when we asked whom do we write the check to for the help we recieved back on such and such dates. I always figured through my life that help could be there for those in need but do yourself a favor and desperately find something to do before the benefits run out and if you do and can repay your benefactor then someone else can get the help as you did to start over. Anyway once in business for myself I worked and slaved for sometimes 23 and yes I said 23 hours a day but I made a living by working on rusty cars and older cars for people so they could get to and from work. Although the monies were relatively small it all added up and my perseverence paid off. I can say without a doubt that it takes the backup and regroup attitude and accessment of ones skills and life style to make things change but I always knew from way back that it is still the little guy with hard working hands that makes the bread and butter in this or any other country. We can be grateful in knowing that we as Americans are resourceful and our ingenuity seems to pull us through though we will be lost from time to time. In ending my letter here I wish to say I worked until my health got so bad went up in smoke from my experience in Viet Nam and those chemicals that I was forced out of this line of work to find that after raising my family and investing in some property a long the way that we were ok financially but far from sound. Anyway when I left the business world in that regard I ended up further in debt than when I started, but things eventually work out. So all that are leerie come unto the Lord and you will see your life change just by humbleness. Work hard at whatever you are good at, don't ever give up, and let your politicians know that by being sold out all these past years by Presidents and their fair trade acts that things must change back to yesteryear or we could very well be doomed. Pull together with others find someone to share expenses with and living can be at least 50% easier. I just mentioned to my wife today that we at least we could start over if need be, her answer was we are no stranger to that are we. Oh yes one last thing, though I had so much debt after being sick and working sick for the past thirteen years I paid everyone including the banks back 100% though it was difficult at times I have a clear conscience with no bankruptcy Thank God and May God Bless each and everyone of you in one way or another. My sicknesses were cancer, plus a colon removal, since then I've had fibromyagia where the pain is devistating every day, high blood pressure and headaches for months on end some severe which i needed injections to rid myself of I've been on numerous medications and still am but I get up and start my day with pills and a shower and I owe I owe so off to work I go limited to a few hours a day now. Peple that really know me ask how I do it (WILL POWER AND THE BELIEF THAT GOD IS WATCHING OVER ME AND MY LOVED ONES BECAUSE I COULD NOT DO THIS ALONE).

Nov 24th 2010 6:55PM I'm not saying this is right but hear me out. Hey people where are all the comments on how America brings in young students from other countries and we the tax payer are handed the bill, no pay back from them. Where is the difference here other than Kelli happens to be an American citizen therefore tough titty you kitty. This is what makes our great country suck when we give everything to all others and don't know how to take care of our own first and this is only the tip of the iceberg of what goes on in this country. As a taxpayer I would like to see our taxes go to our people first and if there is any left then we can help others, we could start by helping further educate our young people so that our country can thrive again as it once did and just like the programs out there for retired persons, I believe they helped make the country what it is so why should they have difficulties paying for health bills, along with any other problems they may encounter as a result of bad luck or just getting old, Help starts at home and ventures from there but never forget who payed the tax to begin with and who will be paying those taxes in the future. It sure as hell isn't the Kid from Haiti, Somlia, the UK or any other country, it was us and will be our children. So if anyone gets help as a citizen we deserve it without the welfare attitude. I have found that most people that throw stones in this life have plenty to hide in their own back yard. Good Luck Kellie on getting that help call Obama see what he says.

Mar 4th 2010 8:36PM People need to lighten up a bit Dad was in control. If the FAA didn't want the kids there it should be in the manual as to no family visiting on work hours period. Start focusing on this dumb bunch we put in the political ring and start controlling them that is where a real focus needs to be. Nit Picking seems to be on the agendas of a lot of people these days plus trying to control others lives that is why the world is getting so crazy. Busy-bodies don't go to heaven and they sure as hell don't have many friends. Go ahead and call me whatever you wish then go look in the mirror and go back to church on Sunday.

Being liberal is what would get many more Americans killed. If someone tries to enact an act of war on our country give them to the Military and keep the news and libs out of the info they get and no atter how it's gotten it is for the good of all America, with the exception of those that only want to see the downfall of our great nation. As for George and Dick they done a great job with their efforts in stepping on the enemy by knowing the difference between good and evil anyone that can't see that is listed in the sentence above. Have a great day America remember those that fight and die for you everyday lend a helping hand to those that are disabled for their efforts because they cared enough to defend our country. Dec 17th 2009 10:35AM HEY HEY Lets not forget the benefits of term limits, like all the soldiers that have done a public service and return to civilian life to work and sooner or later retire on Social Security. If term limits were imposed to no more than two with a rest and then only one more, I believe we wouldn't see as many corrupt idividuals trying to get elected. But when they serve keep in mind they must go back to civilian life as you and I with no special treatments on retirement that means collecting Social Security instead of the huge sum of money they can get now. Plus all the other perks that cost the tax payer so much monies. If we are a smart people we would vote these people all out of office and replace them with Patriots that could reverse the laws already made that have no merit to them and reverse the benifit packages so liberally given themselves through the years. Then our patriotic colleagues could start to rebuild the United States from the inside out, and I do mean scrutinize everything that has been imposed on us for the last forty years. REMEMBER PEOPLE ALL IT TAKES IS INVOLVEMENT WITHIN AND THE RIGHT VOTES AND WE ARE ON OUR WAY.

Jul 3rd 2009 11:02PM I wonder how many people would actually write these nasty remarks if they had to put their real name and address on here no matter what the subject! I can also see a much needed refreshed upbringing which was missed as a child, damn my mom taught her 12 children to show respect and to humble out a bit more than some of these badly tasteless posting on here. I also wonder how many Alaskans gave back the checks they recieved from their governor last winter because of the large surplus of monies which even she knew belonged to the tax payer and not some other failing bank institution, being as how the many of them disliked her. Not many I bet. Good work youg lady no matter what your agenda is I hope it works for you. As for the rest of us we will just sit back and take it in the shorts in another way with this administration and I regretfully say it will be awhile before the jist of it all hits home. I bet these same people pounding on Sarah will reverse their stories, but time will tell. Does anyone know if the new Administration has done anything to the T yet that was prosmised the puplic or has there been a lot of flip flopping going on (ouch. Give it all three years and see where our taxes are, lower bet not higher gaurantee.

Jan 31st 2008 10:02PM Two important words are "HUMBLE YOURSELF" remembering we are not above one another and those whom think they are, are in deep trouble. Everyone has a job to do let them do it and the trips go by quicker and smoother. If they are disrupted and feel lowered anything can cross one mind to slow the whole process. I've always found being courteous is a sure way to run through smoothly and be on my way, that is what being HUMBLE is all about working with each and every person around you whether you know them or not for the better good. A little hassle results in no bombs, no guns, knives, or worst yet TERRORISTS I kind of like peace of mind. Don't like the program Drive.....
