Update! Southwest comments on whether we're too pretty to fly! {Gadling}
Feb 28th 2008 11:06AM Kudos to you, Sara, for being an example of good judgment, productivity, and responsibility. No, there's certainly nothing wrong with being the best person (physically and socially) that you can be. But I would think that you would be angrier than anyone to have these women getting publicity and, therefore, setting the example for your age group. I know of many women through my children in the college to 30 age group that are way too comfortable with rude behavior and profanity that was much less common or accepted in the former generations. I realize that exposure to the many types of media may be part of the reason but personal choice and responsibility for one's own behavior is the only thing that can overcome this trend. I am quite dismayed at Kyla Ebbert's mother's support of her. She has to be as ignorant and money-hungry as her air-head, homely, overly fake-tanned daughter.
Sara, thank God for you. You are one of the few that gives us hope for the future. Lead by example.

Feb 28th 2008 9:56AM It's pretty clear to me that they probably thought this a cheap way to get attention and offers from the porn magazines like the first "discriminated-against-me-because-I'm-beautiful" twit did. Nuff said. It was a career move.
Lawsuit crazy consumers now suing real estate brokers {WalletPop}
Jan 29th 2008 3:51PM A question on my mind is why it's taken so long for them to arrive at this point. It's been over 2 years. I believe we are missing a lot of important infomation.
I also agree with the thought that the other homes in the neighborhood may not have fit the criteria the Ummel's suggested they were looking for in a home. Also, location could be a huge factor. A home on a corner lot may be priced differently than one in a busier or quieter area of the neighborhood. So many variences, so many scenarios that we aren't clear about...
It surprises me that as educated as the Ummels must be, they didn't even bother to pick up a paper, a real estate magazine, or to go online to browse the neighborhood themselves. It makes me feel really smart!
