CHP are $100,000yr tow truck dispatchers. $100,000yr armed tax collectors. FU3A!
Defund and disband CHP and turn the money over to Sheriff's offices, who do the full spectrum of police work for half the expense. Deputies can quickly be brought up to speed on doing that mundane focus of traffic enforcement, and take over the highways in their counties. Conversely, it'd take years to train CHP STO's how to do real police work.
CHP is a RICO. They are just costume wearing police impersonators. All they do is TRAFFIC. Everything they do can be done by Deputies for half the gouge of the tax paying Citizen. They have the highest suicide rate of any of the jackbooted thug RICO's because this guilt overtakes them. They can't live knowing that they're an obscene waste. They're Highwaymen to the tax paying Citizens, plain and simple.

2. De-fund and disband IRS (a Delaware corporation).
3. De-fund and disband DMV. Rid The People of their otherwise unemployable staff's salaries and perks. Put two cents tax into a gallon of fuel, and we'll receive far more for roads than we do with the billions that are funneled off directly to DMV personnel. They are nothing but tax collectors. Without hundreds of thousands of them on the dole, we'll be doubly better off as far as roads are concerned. We will pay FAR LESS with two more cents on fuel prices than we do now because DMV fees won't exist anymore. DMV is nothing but a socialist employment scam. They aren't necessary. Remember that most of what we are fleeced for goes directly to the Auto-Gestapo Nazis of DMV.
4. De-fund and disband CHP. They are nothing more than RICO $100,000/year tow-truck dispatchers and are Highwaymen as armed tax collectors. $100,000/yr to be nothing more than a traffic cop is obscene; triple what they're worth, at most. Divert their former budget to County Sheriff's offices where real police work is done. County Sheriff's offices are the ONLY ones that do EVERYTHING involved in police work. They're paid about half what a mere CHP Highwayman fleeces us for. FU3A!
