Jan 8th 2013 4:55PM Dayton Beach has been a beach lover night mare for years. I was almost run over by a car there 55 years ago and there were not many cars on the beach then. The most horrible story is of a friend and his wife who were there to buy a condo for their retirement after spending many vacations there and were both run down by a drunk driver while walking at the waters edge. He died instantly. She lived buy only after many operations and is still in a great deal of pain. I'm sure this has happened before and will happen again. That is why we will not ever go to Daytona Beach!!!

Sep 20th 2010 10:23AM WHY can't these so called celebs just choose to keep their political views to themselves when on TV. Now I have to NEVER WATCH Mad Men again!!! Joh Hamm certainly has a right to whatever view he has but that view should be expressed in the appropriate arena. Evidently he doesn't realize that there are conservatives and tea party folks who watch or watched shows he is/was in.

Dec 14th 2008 8:04PM I had the pleasure of attending the US Amature held at the Honors Course in Chattanooga when Mickelson played in it. He was a total jerk and so was his caddie. No Class. Here this guy is still not a pro yet and Jack Nicklaus is there watching his son and Mickelson is trying to upstage Jack...what a doofus. But everyone is right. Williams, if and I say if he mans the bag in '09, he should man the bag and not tear down the competition...leave that up to us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What we care about in the South is the price of gas,food, health care and the housing and credit problems. Democrats are so out of touch with the working class it's comical. Get a grip on the problems. Where is the developent of a clean engine...no gas or other stupid idea. This country is run by lobbyists and special interests and we're headed for some very serious problems.
