This is a pathetic attempt to divert focus away from their hypocritical oaths by pointing a very crooked (in more ways than one)finger toward a very public figure, a figure who at least is not a hypocrit and who lends herself to [really] helping others. I guess it's convenient for the Catholic Church to forget the narrative "Let him who is without sin cast the first stone".

Sep 23rd 2010 12:39PM No shock the Hoff getting voted off BUT there was worse I thought....Michael Bolton seriously lacked dance coordination and personality, Palin no fluidity danced like a puppet on a string and Margaret Cho should not only have been voted off first but ceremoniously ejected from the studio for disrespecting 1. Ballroom Dancing 2. the Judges and 3. the opportunity she has been afforded that many others would appreciate for what it is. I think she should be asked to leave the show based on her insulting performance and and Louis Van Amstel her partner suspended or fired for allowing that to happen.

Sep 23rd 2010 12:38AM Totally agree with the author, Ellen "well you know I really like you" was totally out of her element and contributed much to bringing the show down to the level of Star Search or similar. The new line up? Experts in their own disciplines I guess but unless Steven Tyler actively jumps into Cowell's shoes and plays the bad guy and tells a few truths about the performances he watched then the show will be bland and probably it's last season. The good news is sthat Simon Cowell will be back with X-Factor and if his UK version is any measure it will be worth watching......I would like to see the two go head to head in the same time slot.
