Jun 16th 2009 8:42AM It going to be one weird case because click fraud use to involve a contract between a dummy sites and an advertiser. In this case as I understand it their is no contract linking Microsoft and these three person.
It more a case of traffic shaping. Hell I don't even know if what they did was really illegal. And if it is illegal if I were Microsoft I would not want to put that in front of a judge! Considering how much traffic shaping Microsoft might be accused of doing later on. That case might hurt them in the long run if they win!

Apr 7th 2009 5:51PM I think it all depend on DVD and Blu-Ray sales for Terminator Season 2. If the DVD sales are strong that a good argument to keep the show alive and see what happen after season 3. Fox already invested a lot of money in that show they might as well build on that instead of wasting the investment. Note that they did kill Brian Austin Green character because he wanted out at the end of this season so why bother if you know the show dead anyway?

Mar 15th 2008 1:36AM If CNN start doing the most realistic math scenario on that electronic board peoples would start figuring out that it already OVER. Super delegate have being doing some math because Obama support is rising while Hilary is still stuck at the same spot she was a month ago in SD support.
The most likely scenario is simple a small win in Pennsylvania for either candidate. Obama is going to mop the rest guess where it leave them both at the convention?
Same place they are now but with a bigger margin in favor of Obama. Florida and Michigan would most likely be redone where does that leave them? Nowhere because when Hilary win she win by five point more.
In a proportional election five point may mean just 10 more delegate. The board is not going to change it OVER time to wrap this up. The super delegate are not going to overturn the board these peoples are not stupid at least not THAT STUPID! The big question is who going to bring Hilary back to reality? Sound like a fun job indeed!

Jan 11th 2008 1:53AM I don't give a frak what side won I own a PS3 and I watched a few HD DVD at a friend who got the HD DVD player and I got to say that if you ask me they look both great and pretty much the same. Ok sure if HD DVD won I would have had to buy a player but by the time their is a winner buying an extra player would have been cheap anyway. I did not buy my PS3 for the movies that may be why am not all that exited about the whole deal. lets be fair to good old DVD I don't think we have the same great leap forward when DVD replaced VHS has the standard. The biggest improvement has nothing to do with the disk you use but with the TV.
