Jun 25th 2011 8:22AM Has Ann produced a birth certificate to show that she was born female? Or could the explanation for the man-sized "Adam's apple" be that she is one of the anomalies born both male and female?
Apr 1st 2011 11:13PM I remember when Eddie Murphy had a Michael Jackson doll with a BIC lighter mounted in its head. That's still shown and it's still funny. Has Eddie have any grief over that? America has lost a lot in the last ten years. Let's not lose our sense of humor, too.
Mar 22nd 2011 9:28PM How soon they forget!
Evan Rachel Wood's first nude scene was in ACROSS THE UNIVERSE. Pay attention!
Feb 27th 2011 10:13AM I agree, Darcy. Wooden coyotes are silly. Let dogs protect the playground and eat the geese. Let nature take its course!
Feb 21st 2011 10:09AM One of the most interesting things about Hamilton was that he was the child of a slave. He rose to prominence because of his personal brilliance as well as service to General Washington.
It interests me that those who want to see the late President Reagan on currency want him to replace Hamilton on the ten dollar bill. Is it because he was not a President or is it because of his ethnic similarity to President Obama? I'm just askin' . . .
Feb 14th 2011 12:55AM Amazing that the big winner of the night was Lady Antebellum with "Need You Now," a song with a stolen tune. They should have thanked Alan Parsons for "Eye in the Sky" in all their acceptance speeches.
Feb 11th 2011 6:54PM PopEater, the Record of the Year is not for an album but for a single. "Need You Now" should be disqualified because it rips off Alan Parsons' "Eye in the Sky," which should have won years ago.
Relative to whether Lady Gaga rips Madonna off, who cares? Style over substance with little more than a one octave voice!
Jan 28th 2011 11:46AM What about "the Hoff"? :-)
Dec 26th 2010 10:23PM The review of THE BLACK SWAN? Ballerina is missing an "n" so fix it. Otherwise, an exemplary list!
Dec 25th 2010 3:23PM Three great scenes from ONE MAGIC CHRISTMAS come to mind. Gideon (Harry Dean Stanton) explaining how he became a Christmas angel; Mary Steenbergen singing "Stop in the Name of Love" in the shower; and the discovery of the letter in Santa's workshop that ties the plot together. No film ties the presence of Christ in our lives with the mythology of Christmas more seamlessly.
