Fannie Mae Ranks Banks in 'Robo-Signing' Settlement as Top Servicers {AOL Real Estate}
Aug 25th 2012 7:45PM have a friend in a burg in southern AZ who has been dealing with the worthless robo-signers WELLS FARGO for 8 months trying to make a short-sale. So far they have re-submitted the same package 5 times along with the couple attempting to buy the house doing the same. Still no sale! Screw the top five criminal banks who have all paid fines for various reasons since obama has come into office though with no thanks to him. boa noting being on this PAT THEM ON THE BACK AND KISS THEIR BUTT list is just another government announcement to screw the people who keep these worthless banks alive. I do not use any of the 5 and most of my money hasn't seen the light of day in a bank in this country.
Lawmakers Plot To Limit Travel Abroad And At Home {Gadling}
Apr 12th 2012 10:01AM George Orwell's 1984 appears quietly, one step at a time to envoke socialism (or whatever you want to call it Adolph). If you restrict those who owe back taxes the next step is for one reason after another until you have no rights.
I agree, time to clean sweep congress but won't happen since a vast majority of voters seem to vote with their heads in the sand or some other place where the sun does not shine.
Nearly a quarter of all U.S. home mortgages are under water {Daily Finance}
Nov 24th 2009 10:40AM Juliet, good comments. Only think we need to realize the real problem child behind all of this mess is called "wall street" since it can not survive without buying and selling regardless of the effect it will have on the overall economy. The value of the dollar and the rise an fall of oil prices tend to go the opposite way any senseable investor would operate except on wall street. Their only interest is their pay check and the 'hell' with you and me. Over a year ago it was predicted (by me) that mortgage problems would hit its worse times in 2010 and anything wall street said about the housing market stabilizing and home prices going up was all bull ---- to generate the market going up and down for their profit; nothing else. Unemployment is far from over and will be closer to 12% by the end of summer; something wall street and the government analysists can't see because it would be telling the truth now and scaring investors.
As banks continue to fall, small builders will fold, unemployment will rise, foreclosures will be rampant and the fed's might finally start admitting this is a "depression".
End Black History Month? I Beg to Differ {Blackvoices Main}
Feb 5th 2009 5:24PM YES emphatically YES. Where is History month for Native Indians or Hispanics, i.e., Mexicans or any of the others who came to this country 150-200 years ago and moved across our great country as it was settled by them.
Where is WHITE HISTORY month which would include all of the above mentioned ethnic groups.
Vick's Prison Sentence May Be Shortened {Fanhouse NFL Blog}
Jan 6th 2008 7:05PM Amazing how you can tell when a black person is responsing to our comments. Always supporting a criminal seems like the norm but of course I would be a racist for saying this and accused of racial profiling the obvious. It is not race but what the criminal did and he is not a winner in college or pro football. Look at my email addy and you'll not be able to dispute this statement since he and his big mouth linebacker ran their mouths for 9 days before the game and then lost. All mouth and no action! Seems there is no mouth but the same lack of action with the Falsons or did they have a losers super bowl!
Vick's Prison Sentence May Be Shortened {Fanhouse NFL Blog}
Jan 6th 2008 6:45PM Vick being called a "winner" is a joke. He couldn't win the ACC and lost to FSU Seminoles when he and his big mouth linbacker were shut down on the field without a comment from the Seminoles before the game. And where are these big wins for the Falcons? You have to look at real life and realize he is not a winner anymore than he is a 'dawg' lover.
