Um some Lexus models are badge jobs, though not as many as their use to be with the addition of the RX, IS, and SC lines. However you can still buy a Lexus Camry, Land Cruiser, 4Runner, and probably a few other models that I didn't bother looking up.

In the end it's just a game and somebody is trying to make a joke about a problem. Would you feel better if instead of trying to jump a truck full of illegal immigrants it was a truck full of drugs, counterfeit goods, or some other illegal activity?

On what Nissan model? The highest powered model in the US I can find with a CVT is the Maxima at 290hp/261ft-lbs. Sure that's a fair amount of power for a fwd, but nothing major anymore in the days of 280+ hp turbo four pots.
