May 18th 2006 3:56PM The east of Libya is a good place for diving and spear fishing, local people do dive through diving clubs and national diving associations. the shore is pretty much scanned for all things treasured, that doesn't mean that you can not find any but it is under tight control, as for fish, small fish is hit often with explosives (Julateen) it is a quick way to make cash, but enough big fish for the lovers of spear fishing exist.
