But not upon her children. Also if you, as a working class stiff, do gather evidence of an adult stalking your child then yes you can get a restraining order on them. There are limits to what people should be able to do. Stalking children so they can make some money should not be allowed. There are strict rules in England against the paparazzi being allowed to do this and the same laws should be in effect here.

Jul 2nd 2010 4:13PM People like Joe need to wise up. It's not saying you won't be able to go Antarctica. Just the large cruise ships will be banned, it even states you would still able to take smaller ships there. Why the ban? First of all the amount of fuel in these ships is staggering. If there were an incident involving a major fuel spill it would be devasting to the ecosystem. I have been to Antarctica to shoot a documentary on an anti whaling campaign. Every year the Japanese goverment sends a factory ship down there that processes the illegally harvested whales. If that ship were to sink, the damage would be irreperable. By the way that ship has caught fire twice already and nearly sunk both times. Maybe this ban would help to keep that ship out of the Antarctic sanctuary. So John if your argument is that you want to go there because of your right to travel, then why argue against a ruling that would help maintain a healthy ecosystem so everyone can enjoy it?

Can I say that for sure that she was led away. However I am not going to judge a man who saw a woman being beaten and intervened. Coming from a family with an abusive father I do know that things are not as always as simple as the appear. To make such a judgmental comment without anything to back it up you must really be an idiot.

(Read it Put that aside, it is not your place to judge. God is the judge, bottom line. So ever self absorbed Christian on this page needs to realize that they have no right to judge this man. Those priests that died who had been messing with young boys you may have thought were great Christians, but you didn't know the truth did you? Pull the rafter out of your own eye before trying to pull the straw out of mine. Show some respect for another human that has passed away, regardless of religion.

Mar 27th 2009 10:33PM People take risks everyday. To say anyone does not love their family because of their job which in this case happens to be skiing and base jumping is ignorant. Football, baseball, people can die from these sports as well. Cop and firefighters were mentioned, people in the armed forces. The only reason some people are being so ignorant is because they would not jump off a cliff, fine, don't, people don't have to do what you do. Freedom of choice people. Truth is this guy probably gave more to his family than you ever could.
