Apr 27th 2010 6:19PM JetBlue is an EXCELLENT Airline...the ONLY problem I have ever had with them was recently, when I asked for a Group Price for 10 flyers. The email I received back said I would get a response within 1-2 business days. Well, it took 2 months and repeated emails to them as well as multiple calls to them that lasted in EXCESS of an hour; but to no avail! By then, the prices were so high! When I finally got through, the Rep was extremely apologetic, but said "you should have booked it back a month or so ago when fares were cheaper..." she went on elaborate that there would be NO SAVINGS for group purchases, but that there would be other benefits like name changes for free. Ridiculous, but my ENTIRE family would still fly NO OTHER Airline, we are hooked on JetBlue’s Extremely Professional and Respectful Employee's as well as the Friendliest Sky's we’ve ever flown!
The most on-time airlines {Gadling}
Dec 26th 2007 5:42AM I have been flying Jet Blue for at least 7 years, and in that time, I have never been late, nor have they lost a bag or have I ever experienced a cancelled flight. They are by far the best domestic airline. The only negative thing I can say is that their airport personnel need more customer relation training. They can become rude. But from that point onto arrival, they are the best!
