They aquired Contrywide because they have the same business model wring a much money out of the costomer as possible. If anyone has a loan with BoA. refinance and run away ASAP.
BoA makes money on foreclosures. If BoA buys your loan seek legal help to get your loan out of their grasp. They are a predatory organization and hazardous to your financial health. I lost my job in the construction industry and once my mortgage went delinquient they refused to help me recover my loan and refused to work with modifiers even though we qualified. They want to foreclose because they can make money on the forclosure. Save your selves and pull all financial ties with this corrupt organization. Some philanthropist should give this girl a reward to encourage more whistle blowers to come out with the inside dirt.

The earth can support three times the current population if it were managed with a loving view towards our fellow man. But man rules man to his own injury, and so goverments pay farmers to not grow crops so that more money goes into the pockets of traders and economy managers(brokers),even though it means unemployment and starvation for some. In the forein economies( like Africa) the warloards raid farmers and unafiliated folk to control the flow of goods to their advantage forcing individuals to seek protection from one warlord or another and stifiling the production of goods and sevices. A cooperative spirit would benifit all men, but no one is going to get rich off of putting the needs of others first, so it won"t happen in this system of self rule.Those are the straight facts
