May 30th 2010 10:42PM HOLY #%$&! That was ons scary crash. Thank God the safety equipment in the cat protected him and the car broke apart as it is designed to in a crash like this to absorb the dynamic forces of the crash and leave the cockpit intact like a safety capsule. As for the tire breaking away, I guess the safety cable snapped. These cars do have a safety cable assembly to keep the tire tethered to the car in the event of a failure of the fromt or rear suspension.

Nov 25th 2008 8:12AM That opening sentence is about as racist as you can get. This article is supposed to be about the show's brief run, not a platform to spout racist commentary. A lot of other shows have closed just as fast in the past and it was not anything to do with race, just like this one. the shows didn't appeal enough to the general public as the people who produced them thought. Next time leave your racist comments in the street where they belong.

Jan 14th 2008 1:13PM Ok well some of the info about the slide accident is incorrect. First the incident occoured at Keansburg Amusement park in Keansburg, NJ. It is about 20 miles north of Asbury Park ( not Ashbury Park ) as the seagull flies.
