Feb 18th 2012 8:57PM I have a BIG question for those master minds that figured out who gets what. I have a 30 year fixed which I put 15% down on my $360,000 home in 2005. I have always paid on time and being in the real estate business am running on empty. I have enough money saved to keep paying my 6% loan for another six to eight months. The market is slow but I am hanging on, for now. I have excellent credit but insufficient income to qualify for a new 3% interest loan. That new loan would let me hang on for a year or two. By then the market and my income should get better. What can I do before it's to late???????????????

Feb 4th 2012 1:20PM We to thought the recovery may be soon. But with the Counties lowering accessments by 10% or more, they may be pushing it ahead by another year or three. The tax accessment people have no clue on how to do what they do. They could have added another $.05 cents per thousand and waited before lowering accessments. Now they have fueled the short sale/forclosure market. Not real smart (dah). Buyers always want to know "what is the accessment on this house"?
