Oct 7th 2012 10:28PM Good grief this totaly explains it.this guys is an attorney,a real estate attorney.I wonder how many tiems he has pulled off a similiar horiffic deal.If he gets his way he needs to be the one who has to live in the house for the rest of his life,he cannot rent it.Another example of our ones in charge of the US.He fits right in with the other lawyers involved in government in the country(anything for a dollar.He is also messing with the prices of the homes surrounding this)

Sep 26th 2011 1:36PM There uis no doubt that banks have been the loan shark of the decade and from talking with several peole who have had problems due only to the economy basically leaving them on the verge of bankruptcy and i know these people are trying.The baks in all cases have behaved like just down right greedy idiots they are like something out of the 30s .I have wondered why the gov tolerates their blatant abuse of the tax payers.Having said that i would like to be a little more sympathetic to her situation but some things apprently are not being said ,we need more information here,No i do not think she should be kicked out in the street which a bank will do in a heart beat but somebody within the gov dropped the ball on the child issue and her borrowing $20000 to fight it something is wron g here.The loan officier that loaned her the moiny ought to run out of town on a rail or drug behind a horse through the briars,but he/she is enjoying the % they made off the loan.
