Police Department in Newark Is Facing U.S. Inquiry {Blackvoices Main}

You would think that a black Mayor of a large city that population is mostly black! Discrimination and police brutality would not be tolerated!WRONG WRONG WRONG! In Newark NJ Mayor Cory Booker is black and just like former black Mayor of Philly Wilson Goode. Or the present Mayor of Philly Mayor Nutter. All three allow racial profiling all three look the other way when blacks are beaten or killed! But Mayor Booker has took it ti another level! He even discriminate when it cop to police officers! For as long as he been mayor black police officer that commit miner violation are treated more harsh then their white co-workers that commit the same violation!
One incident was when a white Newark police officer was caught driving drunk but not before he killed a resident. He didn't get fire he was allowed to resign and get full pension! White cops have been caught planting drugs on citizen and are still on the job. Meanwhile law sued after law sued is filed by black police officers . Million have been paid out because they are winning their cases! Originally elected to Newark City Council in 1998 at age 29, Booker made his presence felt both in Newark and the media immediately. Writing in Esquire magazine in 2008, Scott Raab recalls some of “Booker’s Heroics”—his earliest attention-grabbing moments, such as: “pitching a tent to conduct a ten-day fast in 1999 to shame [then Mayor] Sharpe James into providing more police and better city services to his ward,” or his 2000 “move into a battered motor home that Booker drove to the city’s darker corners for campouts.”
Booker knows his police force faces ongoing problems, but he hasn't taken it seriously enough to enact reforms recommended to him by experts he commissioned to conduct an in-depth review of Newark police operations. The review found that Newark Police lacked tools and practices that have improved other departments' training of officers, record-keeping, control over officer integrity, and other cornerstones of police work.
Yet, Booker hasn't even capitalized on opportunities to adopt the most basic reforms. For example, none of Newark's 40 new otherwise state-of-the-art cruisers unveiled last month included dashboard cameras that record arrests and police interaction with residents, a recognized benchmark for accountability. This allows the abuse of citizen to not be record.....and there are many many cases!
In Newark, Booker alone has authority to make the most important change: establishing an independent monitor armed with an all-access pass to check the city's police force. The position would protect both citizens and conscientious officers, who make up the majority of police departments, but whose reputations are jeopardized when leadership fails to properly address officer misconduct. As the State Police can attest, an independent monitor benefits both officers and citizens alike -- but it took federal intervention for troopers to realize it.
Bottom line Mayor Booker is a piss poor Mayor that cares more about being in the media then respecting the rights of citizen of Newark!

To say Judge Judy is disrespectful is an understatement! You must also add unprofessional and a disgrace to the judicial system and to the litigants that enter the courtroom! Judge Judy love to tell litigant how much education she has and how long she was on the bench. All the education she receive never taught her to be disrespectful! Or a bully! A white young man walked in the courtroom and immediately Judge Judy called him a THING”! She told a black man he was a zero! That is not right that is not professional!
America has witness incident of bullying all over the country. But for some reason Judge Judy is tolerate! Back in the 1900 white judges where disrespectful and openly and blatantly racist! There was no discipline no monitoring of white judges behavior or their disrespect! Judge Judy have brought the racist disrespectful unprofessional from the 1900 to 2011! Judge Judy constantly criticize litigant receiving SSI ,welfare or disability! Always claiming those people are why the country are in financial mess!
This is a person that make 30 million a year insulting and disrespecting American citizen. For the last 13 years she receive The Bush Tax Cuts. She didn’t need! Bet everything I have she didn’t refuse it!
Americans are call to serve in the military by our government. To fight and died for their country. Americans should never be disrespected in any courtroom. Authority disrespected is no authority! Judge Judy should be made to stop disrespecting Americans!
The Shameful thing is Judge Judy is not alone! Judge Jeanine Pirro and Judge Mathis and Brown are just as nasty and disrespectful! Judge Milian is in a different category of disrespect! She is mentally stupid! She yells stomp off the bench and act like a two year old!

Conaway long-time addiction to drugs and alcohol took him to a couple of drug rehab centers! His problem he took his drug addicted self their too! Former Republican President G.W. Bush receive a 800 billion dollar surplus from Democrat President Bill Clinton! Bush then turn over a 13 trillion dollar debt to President Obama! Two wars and a prescription plan NOT PAID FOR by the Bush‘s administration!!! From day one of President Obama Presidency Republicans made a point of criticizing anything and everything President said or did! The 750 billion stimulus package was demonize by the Republican Party! Even given the fact that it stop the financial downfall and gave many Americans a tax cut! The 350 billion stimulus package under Bush! To this day has never been explain…What did it do? Where did it go? Unemployment was under attack! Claims where made by Republicans that President Obama said the 750 billion dollar stimulus package would bring national unemployment down from 10% to 8%! It started at 10% when Obama took office! Then went down to 9.8% …9.6.%….9.5%….9%. Today it’s at 8.7% going toward 8%! Soooooooo Now Republican are talking about black unemployment! Healthcare was first talked about by Republican Senator McCain. Then he along with all Republicans voted against President Healthcare Reform Plan! Didn’t matter President Obama got it pass! 32 million Americans now have the opportunity to receive healthcare! Seven decade of Presidents tried and fail! The Republican Healthcare proposal would have only cover three million Americans! The midterm election white American decided to believe Republican rhetoric and lies. They slowed down the recovery process! White Americans did that to vote against the first black President! Without any merit without a care that it would hurt them and the rest of America! Today eight of the Republicans that won seats in the midterm election is under recall! Recall from the same white Americans that voted them in! Hate and divide is not working for Republicans! Marilyn Davenport, a white Fullerton resident, recently emailed a picture with President Obama's face superimposed over a baby chimp's face with the “caption, "Now you know why -- No birth certificate!" After I saw the picture I must admit I was not surprise! White racism has always taken the lead in America! It has always been the go to! Whenever there is nothing to say positive or with intelligent. Low minded whites resort to racism! Or just when you think America is going toward racial change! A white Republican say NO! The picture is provocative, but the responses to the cartoon are what's most telling. I'm glad this cartoon was published. I'm even more pleased with the transparency of the responses; as they really expose where this country is. Where white racism is! Here are some interesting things for consideration: Often times in surveys taken questioning the relationship of whites with blacks, white commentators consider most conflicts in a historical context often making comments like, "I think we're past all that stuff now". -Mind you, similar responses occurred during the marked times of Jim Crow when lynching’s, bombings, tarring were common place. Likewise during the most notable periods of Mexican, Japanese and Chinese exploitation. Curiously, as people of color were directed the same questions, most answers identified a serious dissatisfaction or need for improvement. Now, instead of explicit denial we have something worse clichés like, "let it go" or "can't we just move on". When a member of the white race has anything aggressed toward them that disrupt their comforts or entitlements, their reactions are often extreme, yet in their minds always justified. People of color have long tried to move on. What do you think the Black, Brown, Red and Yellow Power movements were all about? To gain the capacity to move on -justly!! The thought of waking up in the morning without the constant reminders of minority ship and without the entitlement culture always taken the liberty to define and explain that which they have never lived is what the fight has always been about.

During the time Bush was in office destroying America. With his horrible decisions. NEVER did you hear from Hannity, Palin, Beck and Rush. Claims of run away spending against the Bush‘s administration! NEVER!!!! Republicans pass a prescription plan NOT PAID FOR! Started a war in Iraq for NOTHING ( 4,400 and counting military dead for NOTHING)….. NOT PAID FOR! Started another war in Afghanistan with no plan….NOT PAID FOR! There was over a trillion dollars of taxpayer money to date under Bush! Not accounted for in Iraq! Republican today continue to charge President Obama’s administration with spending out of control! To date President Obama’s administration spend 1.5 Trillion dollars in two and a half years! The different between Bush and Obama most of that money was to stop the financial downfall Bush and the Republicans create! (1.) Stimulus Package 750 billion (2.) Unemployment 10 billion (3.) Military 300 billion! All necessary to keep America running! Unlike the Bush administration President Obama is spending money on the American people! To date 500 billion has been paid back from the stimulus package. In the end the stimulus package will earn America 300 billion in profit! To date know one ever talks about the 350 billion dollar stimulus package Bush spent. Nor how did it help or where did it go! Yet President Obama (who is clearly for all Americans) is criticize and called names! For doing the right thing for America! The last time a Republican President had a balance budget was under former President Eisenhower ! The last time the government was shut down was under Republican controlled house! There is so much evident to show how irresponsible and unprofessional Republicans are! Republican model is to take from the poor and the middleclass and give to the rich and super rich! There other model is when you have nothing to say resort to hate and dividing the country!

Let me start by saying that whites are the majority in America. With that static whites make many if not all the decision in America. Many times in America’s history whites have voted against America and Americans! Some whites have voted base on racist mentality. That has cause the country to be last in many area! Whites have voted base on greed that has cause this country to be financially last in many area! Whites have seen evil in other country but not seen the same evil in America! That has led to needless deaths of American troops of all races! It is outrageous and dangerous and irresponsible for Republican and white Sunday News pundits encouraging war against Libya! The citizen of Libya allow Garddifi to remain in power for decades! They need to be the first to get themselves out of their situation without Americans fighting and dying! Just as this country allow former President G.W. Bush to start a war in Iraq. Causing the needless death of American military! It took a change of President to stop the stupidity! America CAN NOT continue to start wars! (WE ARE NOT WORLD POLICE)!!! Today we are fighting two wars. Trying to end the Iraq war it is just sick to promote more war! Most of these new channel host are about spreading hate and divide and their opinion! So today 3,6 and 10 have turn into opinionated news where the pundit give opinion on the news. Either threw a right or left perspective Republican or Democrat or liberal conservative! The right under the first black President not only have become more opinionated but hateful! Lying about the President religion and his upbringing! Many times reporting on issue that is not a issue! Like the Libya incident! The right criticize President Obama handling. After his decision return American from Libya safely!!!! Where is the negative? The right found it NOTHING!! Hate seem to sell and Fox News does hate the best. They focus on the Republican base (white People) who they know. HEAR IT! BELIEVE IT! And REPEAT IT! Never investigating pass the idiot the fool the racist that inform them.
