Oct 21st 2009 10:56AM as a frequent business flier and someone who grew up abroad and traveled internationally frequently... i have to agree, america's airports are the worst. business travel is a little easier because you can expense things thus resolving the transportation, waiting around and fee issues, but that only makes it tolerable and they are still dumpy places to be in. and when i travel for personal reasons i'm then slapped with the harsh reality of how terrible our nation's airports truly are.

Oct 4th 2009 12:14PM I don't blame him. As a frequent traveler who's flown on many airlines, I do have to say that Delta's kiosks are the slowest ones where amazingly something will always go wrong. This article did not surprise me in the least.

Nov 4th 2008 10:13PM i think the plan and everything is fine... what killed it for me is that you have to submit your 4th month service bill and it takes another 8-10 weeks. so that's 24-26 weeks, or 6 - 6.5 months. no thanks.
