Chinese Tourist Vandalizes Egyptian Temple, Pisses Off China {Gadling}
May 28th 2013 6:59AM He, his family and China lose face due to vandalism by a fifteen year old student. However, such vandalism on ancient historic sites throughout the world is historic, going all the way back to --- ancient Egyptian times.
His families dismissal of their childs crime indicates a serious lack of respect for ancient antiquities and historic sites, they and their offspring deserve to have passports removed and all such future travel plans banned to them until they demonstrate an understanding for how defacing any artifact is a criminal act.
Not included in this article is any action on the part of the Egyptian government toward Chinese tourism. This is fully understandable since Chinese tours are one valued necessity aiding the Egyptian economy.
Ding Jinhao is a name which forever more will stand for disgrace.

Justinianos' Bronx Home is 12 Inches From Apartment Building Construction, and It's Ruining Their View {AOL Real Estate}
Jan 19th 2013 7:41PM Time, how much of it did they have as notice what would be going up on the empty lot? Did they make an offer on that lot? The same type of thing happened to us several decades ago, not in NYC but our fiftieth state, Hawaii. Our condo building was considered really high at that time twenty floors, two lux condos per floor or forty units, one elevator each side. Our lanai wrapped the entire ocean side and Ewa side, the other condo, ocean side and Diamond Head views. OK, bam, fast forward, the building boom of the seventies and developers were building all around us, one structure totally removed our ocean view and much of Ewa, other side, bye bye ocean and Diamond Head ou wei! So guess what, we sold just prior to all the building, made a nice profit and moved far away, shaka bra. Sharp eh? So no more condo all mess up, we moved right to the ocean also nice home on windward side. Then, you know da kine, Haoli keep invading us, so bye bye Hawaii Nei, all stink and now live on private lake far away and happily eva after...In other words, this couple was really screwed if they no found out facts before building go up..

Cantor Fitzgerald CEO Howard Lutnick Angers Hamptons Neighbors With Hedge Blocking Views {AOL Real Estate}
Oct 14th 2012 12:52PM Gated communities and condos all have rules which are in written form in item by item detail. Prior to purchase one reads them, if questions arise one may submit them to his/her lawyer to ensure they have an accurate and complete understanding and all questions or area's for concern. Once these are made clear, IF one purchases and still decline to agree, then tuf cheese. Mr. Lutnick can either abide by the law and the courts judgement and move his hedge or---relocate it, OR put his property up for rent or sale and relocate himself to an area more conducive to his personal property husbandry style. It seems Mr. Lutnick has been told in no uncertain terms to take his hedge and shove it.
Woolworth Mansion in New York City Asking $90 Million (House of the Day) {AOL Real Estate}
Oct 11th 2012 7:34PM Somehow Sylvia, I feel confident you'd fit right in and make yourself completely comfortable. Your post is, I hope, redundant, a joke, right? Your hosts, if your were a guest, would ensure your satisfaction and seek your approbation. Umm, one more little point, do you somehow not understand staff would make any little wrinkles or soling vanish before your could say, I'm outta here! (age, lifestyle and experience are invaluable).

TSA Officers Fired After Stealing From Passengers {Gadling}
Sep 28th 2012 1:46PM Seems many of you posting your justifiable anger are unaware, these agents are like something you step in outdoors and can't get rid of. No matter the airport or carrier, TSA or their equivalent are everywhere, just like poison ivy after making it with your girlfriend on a summer night on the beach by the lake. Yeah, TSA have their rotten apples, so far, my experience has been OK and they've been acceptable. (operative words = so far). Maybe turn around would equate to fair play, you frisk me and I'll do the same for you-jolly good fun. By the way TSA, when you take mature women aside to invade their privacy running your hands all over their inner thighs, buns, and tit's- that stuff should be done in complete privacy with another TSA agent present-though I'm a senior guy seeing this go on is unacceptable. (of course I look away, but on more than one occasion it was ongoing right in front of us)>>>>>>
Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick List Manhattan Townhouse for $25 Million {AOL Real Estate}
Sep 14th 2012 6:17AM I don't do stairs. Where is the elevator. It's too narrow, like so many similar NYC 'town houses, just nothing special period. Our son and his wife, a surgeon has a town house which is more spacious but is also too narrow. It's in a prime location with an feature few others possess, an entire adjacent lot, landscaped and walled, great playground for the grandchildren. Hey, where's the pool? Huh? At least my original family townie is on a well known park, private garden, and an elevator grandfather had installed way back when. It's been well maintained with recent bath and kitchen upgrades. If this tiny five-floor walk-up get's anything close to the asking price I'd be not merely surprised but amazed. Too many better properties available. Face it, at this asking price buyer's can be really picky.
