Because the people selling them know you HAVE to have them,so how much do you think they will charge for health insurance now that you are REQUIRED BY FEDERAL LAW to have it? it amazes me that their are actually people so stupid, uneducated and unimformed to support this bill, I hope every person that voted yes for this bill dies a slow, painful death!

Nov 8th 2009 2:49AM If any of you have bothered to read the proposed bills or what the experts are saying about the costs you would know that you will be forced to buy insurance, either through private companies (who sooner or later will be forced out of business) or the goverment public option, finacial experts within the government are saying the government plan will actually cost MORE to buy than what you can now buy a private policy for now, so if you cant afford it now you will still not be able to afford it then, but you will be required to or you will be fined, so what happens if you cant pay the fine?
Because it will require all businesses to buy insurance for employees most small buisnesses will fire their workers or will go out of business, thus raising unemployment
It will raise taxes on EVERYONE in what used to be America
It will invite every illegal to come on in and get free health care on the dollar you just earned, while you,especially if you are a member of the white middle class and the guy paying for this bill, will be denied coverage , told to take a pill and go dye quietly.
It is UNCONSTITUTIONAL for government to take over private industry-
forget the pitchforks and torches it is time to take a bulldozer to Washington..... and think about this, at the state level you are required to have auto insurance , fail to do so can land you in jail, so what do you think the punishment for not having FEDERALY required insurance will be? just a thought.......................wake the f*ck up people it is time to rise up and take our country back, vote them ALL out
