Jun 15th 2010 11:55AM What are the thousands of people who DO NOT have bank accounts--i.e. not enough money to establish an account--going to do?. For some people, the social securty check is all they get, are the banks going to make special provisions for these peoples? I kinda doubt it!!!!. My spouse gets only $135 mo, not enough to open an account--and then withdraw it all out.
