Sep 6th 2010 10:38PM i also was at the westlake village inn this summer for a wedding. the service was pretty bad. this story is quite accurate. the room wasn't ready when we checked in, the service is slow, and house keeping is always later than any other hotel. it sucks when you have to go to wedding things and cant even shower. my brother stayed at the four seasons and we should have too.

Nov 27th 2007 12:50PM i like the fact that they are taking out the bibles. i've actually asked it be taken out when booking a room. Christian or not, i dont believe just because a bible is handed out for free that i need to have it in my room. if i want my children to learn about religion i will teach them, hoteliers have no right to be peddling religion to their guests. we're not going to hell just because bibles are taken out of a room. we have other reasons to go to hell. ;)
