Nov 10th 2012 1:39PM I guess folks forget that one man, unless he is an undisputed dictator, cannot change the course of a nation all by himself. It takes Congress and Senate to affirm any changes. Since both parties have a hand in those decisions, it seems that the next four years will continue to be a push-pull event with each side trying to come up with new ways to make the other guy look like a fool.
So, instead of finding ways to look foolish in other's eyes, why not take in a show and enjoy yourself this weekend. :*)
Jul 14th 2011 7:07PM Folks usually find what they are looking for. Look for nice people and you will find them, look for horrid people and you will find those too. Ditto with food, water, the weather, etc.
Jul 6th 2011 6:14PM Abandoned pool? How does a pool get abandoned? What about the property (house/land) its part of? Is the whole place now public property? How does that work?
Jun 4th 2011 6:10PM Umm, guys. That plane lost its whole tail section. Nothing glides when its come apart like that. Maybe it was hit by some missile?
Apr 28th 2011 11:42AM Maybe the "after" pics could have included one from the same unflattering angle that the "before" was taken in? It would be interesting to see it.
Feb 9th 2011 11:52AM Sounds like this author needs to assess his patriotic values. Maybe become a citizen of Iraq or somewhere?
Feb 5th 2011 1:30PM Hate to admit, but I've fallen asleep while flying alone. Used to do milkrun night-flights in a C-45 (Beech 19). Never missed a turn or altitude change. Just lucky, I'd guess.
Feb 2nd 2011 4:10PM I guess Egypt will be off the list for a while.
Jan 30th 2011 1:54AM Train to Hawaii? No sweat. The C-47 aircraft was known as the "Skytrain" and the C-119 was called the "Flying Boxcar".
Jan 28th 2011 9:34PM Umm, Isn't that how fluorescent bulbs work now? Electo stimulated? Stimulates phosphors coating the inside of the glass, etc. Electrons "stimulate" and cause fluorosence. Geez, that's not new, but the packaging and marketing are. We're about to pay big bucks for repackaged technology.
