Jul 23rd 2010 2:49PM This is all great - except - I bought a bumper a couple of weeks ago & would rather have brought it back & selected one of the other cases. Apple already posted my credit (that was fast).
Mar 25th 2010 11:16PM Good tip - I've done it many times. Just keep in mind that many of the ports that you will be visiting will most likely sell those spirits for a lot less than your local store will. So, only bring enough to get you to your 1st port, then bring your water bottles ashore and fill accordingly.
BTW - this is completely against your cruise contract, in most cases.
Mar 4th 2010 5:02PM Ahh - we had one of those in coach awhile back. Just before takeoff the Flight Attendant asked this fellow to please put his seat in the upright position, he said he would when we started taking off. She explained to him twice more to do so, he argued each time, finally he put it up. (I thought for sure she was going to bump him fromthe plane). Right after she walked by he pushed it back all the way again. The funny thing is that another pilot was sitting right behind him, the pilot leaned forward and whispered something in his ear, he immediately turned red and put his seat in the upright position and shut up.
Dec 18th 2009 12:24PM I just discovered Gadling this week, while researching one-bag solutions for travel. I have to say that your reviews of bags like the Tom Bihn TriStar are top-notch. You have a new fan - thanks...
Dec 8th 2009 1:06PM I can't remember where I saw this, but, it was a power converter for an iPhone/iPod. You plugged it into the audio out port on the armrest of most airlines and it would power your device. I am skeptical, but, I am not an electrician - so I really don't know if it actually works (or could work, for that matter).
