Mar 18th 2010 1:47AM I must say without all the derogatory and stereotypical words, I must agree with the moral of Mr. Rick's comment. The bases of his statement is very true. That just shows you that racism is something taught, it's synthetic not natural. Children don't see color only another being that walks and talks like them. As they grow up, if their not impregnated with negativity they begin to love all types of music, people, and cultures, because you look at everything with impartiality.

Is this lady serious? she believes there is no such thing as racial profiling. Wow, this really shows the out of touch connection with reality some people face in this day and age. How about this Aunti, what do you call a police officer that tells you he apologizes for his partners behavior and that he only asked those questions because I'm African American? Yes sweetie, Racial Profiling. If I didn't let the other officer know that he wasn't talking to your average ghetto, slang talking, man with his pants hanging down. That he was addressing an intelligent African American, entrepreneur / business man, and I will personally put a complaint in with his C.O and Inspector at 1 Police Plaza, that his temperament changed, and became apologetic. So with all due respect wake up to the fact that R.P exist and yes some people like to tag their incident as R.P when it's not, nevertheless it's undoubtedly yet unfortunately REAL.

Jul 21st 2009 5:52PM This is a double edged sword, Firstly I love Burn Notice and his character, but I don't feel sorry for him, or any celebrity in this situation at all. Due to their financial status they can afford to call a cab, aquire a personal driver, etc. to safely get them home, without risking their life and others. Secondly I believe everything happens for a reason, let's give him the benefit of the doubt, that this experience will enable him to learn from his mistakes and make better judgement calls on the fly. I will continue to watch the show and I haven't lost respect for him YET! Unless he chooses to jeopardize lives again in the future by making the same stupid mistake, then you will have to question his character and the type of person he really is. No one was hurt thank God, and that's why I said it happen for a reason, this is an eye opener, a wake up call, let's pray he takes heed to the lesson taught.

My Gateway computer atleast with home pc's haven't been delightful, and I don't have much faith in there customer service either, so I'm really reading and taking into consideration all your reviews and comments, so thank you keep them coming, If I do purchase it, I will get the extended warranty from Best Buy just in case. Thanks

UFC Tweaks Fedor Emelianenko on April Fool's Day {MMA Fighting}
Apr 2nd 2009 2:32AM Fedor is just to good in all the aspects of MMA, he's powerful in the stand-up and a wizard on the ground, that's why he is unstoppable, because he's and ambidextrous fighter, good no matter what position you put him in. Unlike other fighters which are good, but not equally. I'm a big Randy C. fan, but I think if Fedor can get him to the ground, the fights over, even with Randy's superior wrestling ability. Not sure if he's in the same weight class, but you know what would make a good fight, Fedor vs. Roger Gracie. Not that boy is bad, master of getting out of submissions, and slapping them on. That would be an excellent fight.

Oct 23rd 2008 4:33PM Some of the people leaving comments are so ignorant, and don't read and comprehend logic. What Obama says make sense, and if Joe the Plumber can afford in this economy to buy a $250,000 plumbing company then he is not a small business. I own a small business, and don't make that amount at all, especially after expenses and rent. So his bill wouldn't effect me or a host of other real, small business owners I network with. Nevertheless listen to his comments.
"My attitude is that if the economy's good for folks from the bottom up, it's going be good for everybody. If you've got a plumbing business, you're going be better off if you've got a whole bunch of customers who can afford to hire you, and right now everybody's so pinched that business is bad for everybody and I think when you spread the wealth around, it's good for everybody." He is right, if the economy is better more people shop at your business. Learn to analyze the situation instead of being bias because you don't like the man's name or ethnicity.
