Jul 17th 2009 3:00PM compared to what Christian Bale is doing now and has done before, Renee has it pretty easy.

Cardio - Why You Should Trash The Treadmill {That's Fit}

Feb 17th 2009 8:31AM i used to run 4-5x a week 3-4 miles. Over the past year, I gradually decreased my running and started to go to the gym (lift weights). This year, I pretty much gave up running and primarily lift weights. My body fat % dropped a lot. Probably because when I lift weights, not only am i burning calories, but I am also building muscle mass.

TUAW review: ViDock Gfx multi-monitor solution for MacBook Pro {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Ballmer channels 1985, suggests Apple split iPhone hardware and OS {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Michael Phelps is set to grace Frosted Flakes boxes {Slashfood}

Aug 21st 2008 2:14PM Astin, you do realize he needs to consume at least 12,000 calories a day? I can imagine eating is more of a chore than a pleasure for him. So he should eat whatever gets him through the day.

The food he eats (high sugar/fat) are jam packed with calories per serving. If he tried to eat the caloric equivalent from consuming fruits and veggies, he'd have to eat a lot more servings, which isn't efficient when he has to train most of the day.

I love Hell's Kitchen {Slashfood}

May 8th 2008 9:08AM the chefs on Top Chef are 10x more talented than the ones on Hell's Kitchen. In fact, some of the people in Hell's Kitchen shouldn't be cooking at all.

Second, the guest judges on Top Chef are impressive in the culinary world (e.g. Daniel Boulud, Jose Andreas, Eric Ripert, Anthony Bourdain, etc etc).

I do like Gordon Ramsey, but he's portrayed in a negative manner by Fox. You should really watch the U.K/British version of Kitchen Nightmares, he's actually quite different compared to the American version of Kitchen Nightmares/Hell's Kitchen

Top Chef: Wake me up for elimination {Slashfood}

Mar 20th 2008 1:26PM The strongest contenders on that show are:
Richard Blais, Andrew D’Ambrosi, Dale Talde, Spike Mendelsohn

sorry to say but the female contenders don't really match up

Jennifer is the new Dale, Dale is the new Hung {Slashfood}

Mar 14th 2008 10:44AM Richard is a dead ringer

considering he has 5 restaurants under his name, has worked for Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud, and Adrian Ferra.

Oh, not to mention he was already invited to and competed in Iron Chef America against (and lost to) Mario Battali...this is definitely Richard's to lose
