Apr 15th 2012 11:21AM And when you are ready to replace think three times before you buy GE. My new GE washer & dryer hasn't operated to my satisfaction since the first day. Two technicians later and I'm still waiting for a part for the dryer that is on permanent backorder, and the washer is just a plain piece of s...t. Stick the high efficiency appliances up the gazoo of an elephant. I'm considering going back to washing by hand.

Jan 8th 2011 10:29AM This is why I would never buy a condo or live where there is a homeowners association. I refuse to have a group of people who don't have anything better to do than to create grief for anyone they choose, much less have to pay for them to do it. They say you can measure a country on how they treat their animals. I think that should be their animals, their young, and the elderly. The ones who are helpless and depend on others. I hope these people find somewhere else to live so they can have their pet.
